ONLINE CASE TRACKING

Clients can track the progress of their case on the internet, using their unique Web ID. This will drastically reduce disruption and loss of fee earning from time-consuming phone calls to your office.

The system will also generate Web IDs for all related parties so, for example, estate agents can keep up to speed with their clients’ cases without having to call your offices all the time.

There is no extra charge for the online tracking services.
