At PAPERCASE we aim to keep things simple, including our costs. Whether you are a sole practitioner or a large, multi-partner firm, we can provide a cost-effective solution to your case management needs, without large up-front fees.
There are two elements to our costs, as follows:
1. Pay a low, flat fee from £499 to get you started. This includes:
- Installation on as many computers as you need Papercase to run on.
- Software customisation - importing all the templates, tasks and other details you need
- Training for all your users
2. ‘Pay per case’ from £2 per case.
A fee is payable for each case loaded onto the system. The fee varies depending on the case type and volume of cases, and can be passed on as a disbursement.
There are no further costs associated with PAPERCASE, and the costs we do charge are the most competitive you'll find.
